  WHITEFISH (AP) - A 12-year-old Whitefish boy had his first book published this spring, and he's got another one in the works. Baxter Owen Graham's book, "Old King Stinky Toes," was five years in the making. "Stinky Toes" is a medieval tale of a kind-hearted but smelly-toed king who saves his subjects from a dragon. Baxter wrote the story when he was seven, when his dad challenged him to create a story to finish the prompt, "Old King Stinky Toes was a very stinky man ..." The boy repeated the lines so often that his dad typed it up on the computer. The book, with drawings by Baxter's former fourth-grade teacher, is now being sold in stores in western Montana. Baxter also has book signings planned in Spokane, Seattle, Milwaukee, Denver and Chicago this summer.
